Κλασσική ερυθρή, ωρίμανση σε γαλλικά και αμερικάνικα δρύινα βαρέλια για ένα χρόνο
και παλαίωση για δύο χρόνια στη φιάλη.

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ:
Ρουμπινί χρώμα με ώριμη αλλά χωρίς να υπολείπεται σε φρεσκάδα μύτη μύρτιλλων, δαμάσκηνου μαζί με ζωικές και μπαχαρένιες αποχρώσεις. Βελούδινο στο στόμα με γλυκές τανίνες, υψηλή συμπύκνωση και επίμονο τελείωμα.

Σε κανάτα μετάγγισης, σε θερμοκρασία 16-18°C και σε ποτήρια μεγάλου όγκου.
